If your item arrives broken or damaged, if you receive the wrong product, or if your product is defective in any way, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us at no cost to you. Once the item is received back to the store we will contact you to organise a replacement or refund. To return a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email email@example.com or call Michelle on 094 9031435 to arrange pick-up.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. So if you decide that your purchase is not going to work out or you simply don’t want it anymore, you can return the new and unused item to us for an exchange or refund.
Return to any Horkans store (for exchanges only) – Simply bring a copy of your e-mailed receipt along with the item to any of our Horkans branches (link) for an exchange.
Send the item back to us via post or courier, making sure to include your order number and also a contact phone number in the package. When we receive the item back to the store and there is no sign of wear or damage, we will call you to arrange your refund or exchange. The address to return packages to is:

Don’t have time to go to the post office? Call us on 094 903 1435 and we will arrange for the item to be picked up and brought to us using our courier. This is at a cost of €6.50, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded or the exchange amount.
Please Note: All items to be exchanged must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Packages must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
